FOLKS........

People are people and they always have something to say... about who you are as a character or the way you dress, some people even go as low as to criticize the way you talk! Honestly everyone's entitled to an opinion right? I mean heck it's your head....But just because you have an opinion on something doesn't mean you necessarily have to stare it! OK so yeah..... there are certain circumstances where sharing is needed to help, or encourage someone to be more than they are. But other times it's just pure gossip.... or better yet put down making someone feel insecure/inadequate or inferior to you. Which is totally messed up! Who in the world are you.... to judge " hello!" lol But anyways for the folks who want to help there's a way to do it..... Nothing makes a person feel worse than to be criticized, especially by someone they love in the wrong way. TRUST me, the way you approach it always makes a real impact on the person. Everyone is always sitting around talking about "what he did"' and telling people they're sorry, lazy, stupid for making mistakes and the most-common among Christian culture is "secular or unholy". Seriously when someone hears that, they immediately put you in the category of someone who always has something to say, and doesn't know them or their issues, and definitely un-trustworthy. I think people would be sooooo much better off to focus on people's strengths to overcome their weakness'sssss....(whatever) In stead of immediately jumping on them with hear says and your negative opinions. Rather give a brother some credit, and holler at them letting them know that they ARE all that! And that they can be sooo much more! Them + their effort to be like Christ can = soooo much, and that's what's important! Their own strengths can influence their weakness and motivate them to grow more every day! It's soooo much better than using someone else as a "happy-go-lucky" person who's got it all down and telling them "be like him" he's soooo perfect! That's just C rap! It beats condemning a person without resolution, just kinda leaving them hanging' on a "u suck" note. I'm not saying that it will resolve, like every Disney movie, in an hour. But it definitely will have a better impact on the person, and in your subtle approach, it will teach them how to approach someone else with love! alright, well that's just the way I feel about critiscism...... drop a note and tell me what you think! luv ya guys! God Bless, ME!

There is a white picket fence between criticizing someone for the sake of growth, and truly damaging them with your words. I want to say that it is all about polite intention; but never underestimate the power of perspective and relativity. You don’t intend to make someone feel inadequate, but it happens. It works the other way, too. During a lapse of emotion, you intend to hurt someone; but they pray about it, understand who they are, and allow your criticism to affect them in only the right ways. Suddenly, the white picket fence is a myth, a false goal. Instead, aim the Truth, the Kingdom within.
